WHY PURSUE EXISTS

Growing up in Colton, Shareece Wright didn't have a blueprint. No mentors. No roadmap. Just raw determination and a community that believed in him enough to let him figure it out.

After eight seasons in the NFL, Shareece came home. He built what he never had. Pursue is that blueprint.

Every week for 12 weeks, a small cohort of young people meets with trained mentors who've walked the walk. They work through real challenges: identity, pressure, money, health, goals. They leave with skills, connections, and a plan.

Shareece opens and closes every cohort personally. His story, from Colton to USC to the NFL to purpose, runs through every session.

I understand that acceptance is not guaranteed, and that selected participants will need to complete additional enrollment paperwork including a liability waiver and photo/media release.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You'll hear back within 2 weeks.
